Return Policy

Custom Made/Special Orders

  • Due to the nature of custom order jewelry and special orders, there are No Exchanges, No Refunds, No Cancellation and No Merchandise Credits.
  • Items that are engraved, damaged, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.

Non Custom Orders

Online purchases can be returned within 30 days of purchase, Exchanges are not accepted.

  • Returned merchandise must be in new condition.
  • Returns that are improperly packaged or do not include purchase details including order number, customer name, postal address, email address, date of purchase, and reason for return may also be rejected.

Clearance Items

Merchandise sold at “Marked Down,” or “Clearance Price” is sold as ALL Sales Are Final. No Refunds, No Merchandise Credit and No Exchanges.

Shipping Policy

Custom orders will ship in approximately 10 - 15 business days. In-stock items will ship within 72 hours currently by USPS.

Refund Policy

If returned merchandise is eligible for a refund, Haul It Girl processes refunds within 5 to 7 business days. Please check with your payment source/ financial institution regarding processing time for refunded payments to be available. Refunds are returned to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
