Shipping & Delivery
Domestic (USA) orders are standard shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class or Priority Mail unless otherwise requested and paid for by customer. Domestic USPS First Class can take from 2 to 7 business days while USPS Priority Mail delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on location. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
International orders are shipped by either USPS Global Express, or Fed Ex. International USPS Global Express Mail delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days depending on location. For Fed Ex shipping add $25.95 to the standard shipping charge. Next day delivery is available for orders placed by 1 p.m. PST Monday-Friday, not including holidays. For Fed Ex 2nd Business Day delivery add $10.95 to the standard shipping charge. 2nd day delivery within 2 business days is available for orders placed by 1 p.m. PST Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
Express delivery is not available for back order items. Packages must be shipped pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
You will receive one or more tracking numbers in the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order has been shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your shipment at our shipping carriers' tracking service:

Individual products qualifying for Free Shipping will be identified with “Item(s) qualify for Free Standard Shipping”. Your shipping amount total will not reflect items that qualify for free shipping. If you select a shipping method other than the free offer method, shipping charges will apply.
Our site's registration form requires users to give us customer contact information. We use customer contact information from the registration form to send the user information about our company and to communicate order information. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below.
When you make a purchase on our site, you provide the following information to Haul It Girl: name, e-mail address, billing and shipping address, telephone number, type of credit card you are using, credit card number and expiration date, or other form of payment, and shipping preferences.
Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's financial information for the sole purpose of order processing. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services.

Haul It Girl does not provide any third party with any individually identifiable information other than that which is necessary to complete your order. Specifically, Haul It Girl gives your name, shipping address, phone number, and order information to our shipping carrier. We also supply your name, billing address, and credit card information to the credit card processor who bills your account. Haul It Girl has strict guidelines requiring all third parties to keep any shared personal information confidential. We make every effort to ensure that your purchase experience at Haul It Girl is secure. We use state-of-the-art data encryption technology to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of your user information. Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encrypt the information sent between your computer and our database. In addition, we use Internet fraud screening to protect credit card transactions. To be sure you're browsing secure pages, check your web browser's status bar (located at the bottom of the window) for the closed padlock icon. We also protect your purchase by preventing the shipment of merchandise to a fraudulent address. All billing addresses are verified electronically and all alternate shipping addresses are verified manually. Any customer shipping to an address that differs from the billing address must put this alternate address on file with his or her credit card company. We then call the credit card issuer to verify that the customer has indeed put the information on file.
Haul It Girl uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website. We use aggregate information from demographic surveys and traffic patterns to customize our site. We use this information to make recommendations to members based on previous traffic patterns and purchases. Haul It Girl uses information only on an aggregate level and does not track information about individuals. We do not share any individual information.

Returns & Replacements
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, Haul It Girl will gladly accept returns and exchanges with the original invoice and tags attached for up to 15 days for full refund (30 days for merchandise credit) from the date you receive it for any of our standard items. Nail polish and any cosmetic items are not returnable or exchangeable. Returns will be refunded in the method of original payment.
For returns or exchanges please include a statement requesting either a return or exchange enclosed with the item(s) along with the invoice. When exchanging items, be sure to indicate the replacement item, including the style number, color, and size. Packages must be shipped pre-paid. Please be advised that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Shipping and handling for returns or exchanges as well as related service fee charged by carrier for the same transaction such as address correction fee, large package surcharge, etc. is non-refundable, except in instances where wrong or defective merchandise has been shipped to you. For exchanges, Haul It Girl will pay outbound shipping charges for the replacement items.
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 30 days of when item(s) are received. Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt. Credits for returned or exchanged merchandise will be issued to the original credit card only. Please allow 1 billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.
Back Ordering
An item which is on backorder will not be available for immediate shipment. Backorder items are shipped when they arrive in our warehouse separately from other items purchased on the same order. We will ship backorder items with no extra shipping fees. We do not offer express shipping on backorder items.

To view orders please check your order confirmation email which is sent to the email address you provided us.
